that might be the reason why i love the beach too much! i have always been a self -confessed beach bum.. im not a fan of doing something where there's a lot of walking, and running included.. i just like laying around the sand, watching people do frisbee, beach volley, and watching people watch other people.. but of course, swimming is and will always be my fave hobby.. but im thinking of switching to -- SURFING ? i wish ! hahahah
OOOHH Siargao ! everything i love rolled into one place ! Water + white sand + affordable seafood + nice people , and now + WAVES ! :)
where we stayed : Cherinicole Beach Resort, GL, Siargao Island
located at the center of General Luna, where the famous Cloud 9 waves are found.. accessible to the market where you can find lots and lots of seafoods..
their generator is a plus too ! and the swimming pool !!
ISLAND HOPPING ♥
we visited 3 islets for only P1,700 ! super affordable.. such a great day for an island hopping.. the sun was on us -- and the waves too ! i mean, WAVES ! big bang waves banging on our bangka .. me and the waves, we have issues ! and then im thinking of going surfing? goodluck to me !
1st islet : Naked island -- literally naked, as in just a bar of with sand with no trees.. no sign of coverage at all ! too censored ! aw .. hhahah
the islet is just soooo pretty !! luvet !
yes, t'was very hot ! but we din't care.. we just had to take a pic and show off the beauty of the islet! sooo picture perfect moment !
but of course! need i say more ?
2nd islet : Daku island -- lunch time!! ate buko.. fresh from the coconut tree ! hahaha.. then, ate lots of seafoods! 5 octopus, 2clams, 1 big fish all for P150 ONLY ! i almost died ! :))
we we're soo hungry from all the picture taking and the swimming that we just had to eat !
these buko's only cost P20 each ! freeeeeeeesh !
and then, LUNCH ! we had a super sumptuous lunch.. they don't have electricity there so t
hey have to cook everything on wood.. so that means, we had to drink luke warm 7Up.. but nope, its not so bad at all :)
3rd islet : Guyam island -- last stop ! an inhabited island with the best view of the Cloud 9, superb rock formation, waves are bigger and scarier here, and the beach of course !

and then i'd like you to meet, Cloud 9 -- wait! before cloud 9, we took some pics of course while walking mileeeees just to get there..
this is a public beach, babies ! can pass for a beach resort, right?
we couldn't let the grounded coconut trees pass.. oh yes, we're camwhores ! hahaha
this is the Boardwalk.. that's a long walk of wooden bridge, up until you reach that viewing deck where u can watch the surfers make their move..
then we met these surfers on our way to the viewing deck ! 6 packs on the house, baby ! hahahah.. and oh, yes, that's a girl.. coca-cola body.. with a very nice tan.. love her tan !!
and the feeling surfers !! hahahah.. me, craui and roy tried the surfing.. its sooo nice !! sadly though, the i-suck-at-balancing ME took over.. :( but hey, never say never !! and practice makes perfect.. so! i'll surely go back -- with a surfboard on my side ! woohoo !
